I became a therapist because I want to help people be the best version of themselves that they can be.

My clients find that with some skills and support that they are capable of change and of living the life they desire.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and supportive. I am here to work WITH you! I will give you tools and effective proven strategies. Whether we are working on calming an anxious mind or working on enhancing important relationship, I can help.

I can provide a different perspective, give support, offer empathy, and assist you in reaching your goals.

I work with teens, adults, couples and families. Some of the issues I am skilled at and passionate about include anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, major life transitions, women’s issues, relationship issues, couples therapy, and family therapy.

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)  to treat anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders.

I believe that every client is different and requires an individualized approach so I also utilized other evidence based practices  and interventions in order to help my clients succeed. These include Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.

My education includes a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family from Pepperdine University and a Bachelors in Psychology from UCLA.
