If there's one thing we all learn in life, it's that times of struggle do come. Fortunately, with strength and healing, they also pass. My job is to help others move through life's difficult journeys. Whether it's a distressing life transition, moving on from a previous trauma, debilitating depression, or a desire for growth and change, I can help you begin the path to healing.

I work with clients struggling with their past traumas. Be it childhood abuse, sexual assault, or a recent car accident, trauma can get in the way of our daily functioning. Memories of old or recent trauma can flood our thoughts and affect our work, relationships, and quality of life. I oftentimes hear clients refer to these memories as vivid videos or replays of the traumatic event on repeat in your head. With the use of EMDR therapy, I can help you quiet or stop that video.

I also specialize in eating disorder recovery, self esteem, and body issues. Our culture has a lot to say about what we should look like and what body types are worthy of admiration and love. I enjoy helping clients find peace with food and their bodies.
