Life can be pretty daunting. Whether you’ve found yourself coping with stress through alcohol or experiencing difficulty getting out of bed in the morning to face the day, change can happen.
Clients often find me when their current ways of navigating life just doesn’t seem to be working. If you’re finding yourself feeling stuck with your current path or notice symptoms of depression or anxiety impacting your ability to enjoy life, I can help.
My job as a therapist is to assist you in learning new tools and ways of thinking to help you move past your symptoms. I have been working in the mental health field for over ten years and offer experience with anxiety, depression, women's issues, and adolescent development.
I often work with teens and young adults searching to build healthier coping strategies. I can offer support in reducing your use or assisting in your goals for sobriety. For women seeking counseling, I specialize in female development and social pressures, self-esteem, and infertility issues.
I view counseling as a collaborative approach. We can work together to identify new ways to help you get through this. As humans, we possess resiliency, and it’s my role as your counselor to help you access it.
You deserve to be the strongest version of yourself.
