I welcome an opportunity to walk alongside you as we figure out your next steps, and find your connections!

Offering much more than traditionally talk therapy, I use a variety of counseling theories and strategies, tailoring my approach to your needs. We will figure out what style works best for you, together.
My counseling specialties are centered on treating anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, spiritual and religious trauma, and helping women journey through their life challenges such as relationships, pregnancy, post-partum, motherhood, menopause, and challenging cultural and personal experiences. I also have extensive experience working with clergy and helping professionals.
Additionally, I also specialize in career counseling including college, first career, and 2nd and subsequent career changes.
