Groups prove to be a valuable source of support, compassion, and proof that you are NOT alone. Bray Counseling offers a variety of group therapy options led by one or more licensed mental health clinicians with specialized training, who teach and guide group members by using proven evidenced-based strategies for managing specific issues.
Group therapy offers distinct benefits that include:
- A safe and comfortable environment for discussing troubling issues and concerns.
- An affirmation of the fact that you are not alone in the difficulties that you are dealing with.
- An opportunity to improve interpersonal relationship skills through a structured framework for social interactions.
- The instillation of hope and accountability.
For some clients, a combination of individual counseling and group therapy can be the ideal mix, depending on their current needs.

Open to all LGBTQIA YOUTH ages 11-15.
A safe place to gather, form bonds, and learn skills to navigate life.

Navigating Teen years for Girls (ages 14-17):
Here your teen will gain a support system of peers and learn skills to promote confidence and a sense of over all well being.
(topics that may be discussed may include communication skills, friendships, bullying, social media use, self esteem, stress)

Strategies and Support for Adults with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder
This is a professionally led Behavioral & Thought Strategy Group designed to teach evidenced based skills as well as provide a support system of peers to help buffer against the effects of OCD.
