As a trained therapist in evidenced based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), I work closely with my clients in a team approach to design a treatment plan custom tailored to each individual. I understand that no two people experience anxiety, depression, or OCD the same and there is no one size fits all therapy.

My clients have described me as having a calm and caring demeanor and a very inquisitive mind. My approach is to draw from many theories in order to find what speaks to each client and seems most appropriate at the time. I incorporate CBT and mindfulness throughout my practice.

Why contact me?

I use evidence based methods of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Exposure Response Prevention Therapy(ERP) which are proven to be effective in reducing the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and OCD.

I am passionate about teaching individuals about OCD and how to tame it. I have been trained in Exposure Response Prevention therapy from the International OCD Foundations' Behavioral Therapy Training Institute and maintain ongoing education consistently.

I have helped create many success stories and am dedicated to continue this work. I do not restrict my clients to a once a week 50 minute session. If you need a 2-3 hour ERP session twice a week, a home visit, or need to consult via telephone or video while away from home... I am flexible and tailor treatment to meet your needs.
